All our products are proudly handmade in Chicago, IL by the artist Yocheved Appel.
Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be a slight variation between the picture and the item you receive.
Processing times vary due to stock availability, as each piece is handmade.
Women's jewelry, cufflinks, mezuzahs, and other small items take approximately 1 week. All other items, including personalized orders, take approximately 2-3 weeks.

Orders are typically shipped 1-3 business days after an order has been processed (see Processing Time).
Orders for Pickup are typically available 24 hours after an order has been processed (see Processing Time).
Items are usually shipped through USPS First Class Package and should arrive 3-5 business days after shipped.
Due to everything being handmade, only jewelry and cufflinks are returnable. All other items are non-returnable.
Items must be returned within 10 days after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order # and the item you are requesting to return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Y.A. Fused Glass does not provide prepaid return labels for unwanted items.
Shipping fees for the original item are not refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We are not responsible for mistakes in personalized orders that are the fault of the customer.
We are not responsible for lost or stollen items. We are not responsible for lost or returned items due to us being provided with the wrong address information. If any item is returned to us by the courier, it is the responsibility of the customer to provide us with correct mailing address and new postage fees.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We do not accept exchanges.
If you would like a gift message included with your order, please let us know on Your Cart page when you go to check out. The information can be written in the “order special instructions” box. Please include 1) who the gift is from, 2) who you are sending it to, and 3) the message you would like written.
